Last updated: July 15, 2025. These Terms of Service govern your use of the EffyAds platform, including our website, dashboard, and WordPress plugin.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using EffyAds, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using EffyAds on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@effyads.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions and billing
EffyAds is offered on a subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We may change pricing at any time; any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not take effect until your next renewal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@effyads.com.
Acceptable use
You may use EffyAds only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use EffyAds to distribute malware, conduct phishing attacks, violate the privacy of others, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in any activity that interferes with the platform or its users. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if we determine these terms have been violated.
WordPress plugin
The EffyAds WordPress plugin is provided as part of the service. You may install it on sites within your subscription limit. You may not redistribute, modify, or resell the plugin. We are not responsible for conflicts between our plugin and third-party plugins or themes.
Intellectual property
EffyAds and its content, features, and functionality are owned by EffyAds and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain all rights to the advertisement content you create and upload. By using EffyAds, you grant us a limited licence to display and serve that content solely to deliver the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EffyAds shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use of EffyAds after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
